The room was huge and super comfy. The shower was awesome! I loved chilling at the bar lounge area after walking around all day. Just wish the air conditioning worked better. it got kinda hot at night. Otherwise, a nice stay!

The location is fantastic, just steps from Wenceslas Square, making it super easy to explore Prague's major sights. Breakfast had good options, but it could definitely use more variety. The cleanliness in the room was satisfactory. Staff at the reception were helpful, especially the night porter who assisted with our luggage. However, the room we were initially assigned had a damp smell, and it took some time before we could switch to a different room. Some of the younger staff at breakfast service could be more attentive. a couple of times, they seemed disinterested in guest requests. Air conditioning was a major letdown. Our room was hot and uncomfortable at night. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better room amenities like coffee facilities, but there were none. The carpets and furnishings looked worn-out as well. Overall, it's a mixed bag. great location and decent breakfast, but serious improvements are needed in room quality and service consistency.

My stay at Ambassador Zlata Husa was delightful! The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Prague, allowing easy access to all historical sites. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included both Czech and international options, catering to every taste. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request, which made me feel at home.
Renovations are needed.

Historic building with unique architectural details.
During our stay, the minibar refrigerator was non-functional and was never repaired. The cleaning of the room felt superficial, and I noticed that the blankets weren't replaced regularly. Additionally, the hair-dryer was installed at an inconvenient height, making it almost impossible to use without reaching up or using assistance.

great location , but inconsistent service
The city view from my room added an extra charm to my stay , making the mornings delightful. The space in the double room was generous, providing comfort during our four-night stay. Breakfast had a satisfactory variety, offering a solid start to each day, especially with the made-to-order options that enhanced the experience.
The service at breakfast could have been more attentive and responsive.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was a big plus since we could easily walk to the National Museum and explore all the nearby attractions. Breakfast was pretty good too. Just remember, only certain rooms have air conditioning, so check before you book.
We had some issues with the air conditioning. my friend's room was way too hot. The receptionist mentioned that's just how some rooms are, which was disappointing for a supposedly high-end hotel.
